Great topic Cal and Erika! I really appreciated the review of The Secret Language of Feelings as you explored this topic. While 5-PATH is the process that I use with my clients, what my clients truly walk away with is an understanding of themselves through The Secret Language of Feelings, as revealed through our 5-PATH work. It is so valuable to use these concepts for ourselves, and I think you did a great job modeling that here on the show. Thanks so much!

This is so important information, that everybody could benefit from and that everybody should give themselves as a life changing present. SLoF gives a hands-on approach to understanding ourselves and others and in my opinion it ought to be part of kindergarden and primary school curriculum.
