Great overview Cal, thanks. I'm glad you mentioned there is more to it than that, because you're right...that's exactly what I was thinking near the end.
But gee, it was so good to see your Russian dolls again. As I said before, I think they are the perfect visual prop for age regression. Actually, that reminds me I need to buy a set for my office 😉

Early in my hypnosis career, I was intent on learning how to help people make meaningful....LASTINGLY....change for good. I studied Age Regression with some of the best teachers in the biz. But it wasn't until I studied with Cal Banyan that I really learned the tips, tricks and techniques to true Age Regression. I have now been using it successfully in my practice since 2007. And I am still a true believer in Cal's systemized approach to transformational hypnosis work.
This is an excellent overview and introduction for Age Regression and the Informed Child Technique- such valuable tools for every hypnotherapist who is working with clients to overcome limiting thoughts, beliefs and feelings. I've used these techniques over and over, and when done right, they work! Thank You Cal for continuing to find ways to make this example for your students so we can fully master these techniques!
