This was a fun episode where we celebrate YOU - the hypnotist, for your unique and important qualities. I'm curious to know what other qualities you'd add to the list? Leave us your comments! I look forward to reading them...
Thank you Cal and Erika, I really enjoyed this episode. I think it's nicely timed for me as I start thinking about my personal/professional goals for 2015!
I think that you gave everyone a gift on your birthday with this episode, Cal. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And I continue to celebrate your bday- I'm glad you mentioned it at the end of the episode.
I'd like to add that I agree with what Cal said about putting others first, however I believe that it is important to be self aware of our own needs and to know that sometimes the best way for us to be our best for others is to put ourselves first. We sometimes have the opportunity to model self care to our clients, family/friends and community in this way, and that's ok too. ????
Thank you Brenda. You just reminded me I still have some Birthday Ice Cream cake in the freezer! lol
I agree we do have to good care of ourselves as well, and I agree with your statement about modeling. After all we are all students and teachers and we teach through nearly every choice and behavior we make.
That was a great episode Cal & Erika. I felt a warm sense of pride in my heart as I watched. In fact, it was probably the first time I'd really stopped & congratulated myself on my choice to join the profession...
Every attribute mentioned was spot on & I think Brenda's comment about the self care modelling was also a good reminder.
As for the investing...I strongly agree with Erika's comment that it goes so much deeper than just in training, we should be investing in ourselves on a daily basis.
Thanks again for all you do.
Susan
Ps. Happy belated birthday Cal...gosh, it'll be here again soon!
