What is my favorite insight-gathering technique? It has to be age regression. I did my very first age-regression sessions last week and ... wow! That sure worked!
I noticed in an earlier session that even methods that aren't presented as age regression may spontaneously develop into something like it. I was walking a client through an NLP parts integration process, and when asking about the "positive intention" of the part, I got a sudden statement of a limiting belief, stated in the present tense and with childlike wording.
So even though my pre-talk mentioned parts but not age regression, what I got was age regression, which makes me wonder if it's possible to avoid regression in hypnosis work!
