   Great podcast as usual. I really like how you are dealing with this aspect of *not* being desperate to work with every single client who comes along.

   Question: how do you handle payment with people you "give the boot" to? Personally, I don't accept payment for those rare sessions where, for whatever reason, "it just ain't happenin". I think this makes sense from a marketing and P.R. perspective; in fact I recall one client whom I (figuratively) kicked out of my office, but who then became a referral source!

   I completely agree with you. In our office, we only get paid if we do hypnosis with our clients.
