   Hi,

   I have been trying to download the podcasts so I can use them in my iPod and can't figure out how to do it. If it matters, I use a Mac. Luckily I am a much better at hypnotherapy than technology.

   Thanks for any help you can give me. I would love to have these to listen to in the car.

   Hi Val,

   I don't know what Mac users need to do to download my podcasts. Hopefully you have a Mac Guru you can ask about it. For PC users all they have to do is right click on the link and then select "Save Target As" and save the file to their computers.
