Wow - what a great interview! Thanks for sharing, I hope everyone will start using some of the valuable tips you mentioned in your interview and order your "Remembrance" CD, which is awesome!
Wow! The two things that really stood out for me are things I've thought about before and even worked with myself (a lot), but for some good reason, as I listened to this interview I was moved into deeper awareness of my situation and it feels really good.
The first was when Cal talked about intension when he said you've got to intend it and feel it but then you've got to do some action!
I've been working on some projects and sometimes I get bogged down and I have to remember: just get off my butt and get going! That often releases the bogged down feeling, which is funny because that is what I tell my clients to do when they feel bogged down. Yes I teach powerful releasing processes, but moving in itself can release feelings! Movement is the key, whether releasing processes or just movement! The thing even I have to remind myself at times is, move, release this uncomfortable feeling. Move, move, move, take some action!
The second was how Matt continually inspires whomever he is talking to, to look inside and look at everything even the so called "bad." Matt is my warrior champion for not tolerating bad, uncomfortable, inhibiting feelings that disrupt the flow of goodness in our life. I know him well and what he said he backs up with actually doing it: looks and feels inside and allows what is found there to rise up and be set free to be healed.
Now this ties into what I wrote above about Cal saying you have to do some action. I've seen Matt stand up and excuse himself and go outside and release some negative feelings, and I've known him to do this, well, frequently.
So this interview left me with a great feeling of allowing me to get up, get going and feel whatever I need to feel to get the positive energy I need to succeed!
