These kinds of organizations normally distribute power among the members. I find it a little creepy that this guy has named himself the Hypno-Fuhrer and holds every position of power in the organization.

No need to feel creepy. Dr. Damon has put together a great team. If you look at the NGH Advisory Board you will see some of the best people in the profession. This is also true of the Ethics Board.
Dr. Damon has set up a non-profit structure to run and opperate the NGH, and it is not all that unusual for the individual who is the most invested in an organization to run it. No other person has put more time, money or effort into the NGH than him, nor to I know any other single person who would be better able to run it.

on the magazine cover above , who is the man  in the lower left corner ? he looks very much like "Damon" who did a mass smoking cessation program at Phila. Suburban Water Co./ Aqua PA in Bryn Mawr PA about 20 years ago . while under , he mentioned i believe , only ONCE , that being a non-smoker would not affect the listener's sleep in any way . it was the most relaxed i've ever felt in my life , did not want to come out . that night [besides ceasing smoking with no effort] i went to bed and was instantly asleep. this continued nightly for close to 2 months before gradually wearing off . at this point i've been an insomniac for 48 years and NOTHING - meds from ambien through xanax , 2 sleep clincs 20 years apart , other hypnotists , etc. - NOTHING ElSE has worked . i purchased a cassette by him tailored to sleep disorders but it didn't work - nothing like him in person . can you help ? is he still active , still travel , to Phila. PA area and do a program for this purpose ? please help me - thank you . t.j. deluca
